30 Day Hot SWAP:
If the unit is less than 30 Days old a replacement printer (dependent upon available inventory) will be shipped to you at no charge within 48 hours. Return shipping of Original unit is the responsibility of the Client.
11 Month Remaining Depot Warranty:
If the printer is past the 30 Day Swap period a RMA (Return Material Authorization) will be provided for you to ship the printer in for repair. Incoming shipping is the responsibility of the Client; ACE Solutions will return ship the unit at no charge.

**Warranty will be voided if security seals are broken and/or parts are changed.
